This system was designed for small batch mixing applications for products that need to be agitated or mixed thoroughly to keep in suspension. It fits standard 5 or 6 gallon buckets. We used an axial impeller tilted at a slight angel to achieve a very efficient pumping rate. This system comes with a suction tube shield which keeps suction lines away from the impeller and shaft.

Chemilizer pump and tank system
We now have a tank for any Chemilizer pump. The Chemilizer pump requires no power to operate. It runs completely on water power.
